Breath is the vital life force we often tend to take for granted.
Dolphins consciously breathe, but for us, it is something our bodies unconsciously do. We don’t have to think about it, it just happens.
This is a great thing for a species who often can spend far too much time in our heads.
When we are stressed, nervous, or over-thinking, we can hold our breath without even realizing it.
If we pause, and get back to the present moment by tapping into our breath- making it conscious, feeling the inhale and exhale, we can relieve stress, our nerves and our over analyzing brains to restore a sense of peace.
Being in this more peaceful state gives us the opportunity to respond versus react to life.
When we react to life, it is not always in our best interest. When we respond, we take many factors into account and are aware of what we are saying or doing.
Take time to just breathe. Yes, you have time. Nothing is that urgent that you cannot first take a breath!
Breathe. Center. Be.
Be here now. In this moment. In this awareness. In this breath.
Breathe your way back to peace.
Oceans of love and conscious breathing,
