Live Group Sessions at the Actor’s Lounge & Wellness Center

WHAT: Guided Meditation to Calm & Connect

WHEN: 6PM Wednesdays

WHERE: Green Bay, WI : Actor’s Lounge & Wellness Center, 2339 Cedar Ridge

BRING: Yourself, an open mind, a cushion if you have a favorite to sit on (they have some there, as well as chairs), and a journal if you’d like.

 

MEDITATION ON THE BEACH

Summer Sunrise~ish 😉 Series

WHAT: Guided Meditation to Calm & Connect

WHEN: 7AM, Wednesdays* in June, July and August (Starts on June 13, * One Tuesday session on June 19 (none on the 20th), No session July 4) 2018

WHERE: Kewaunee Public Beach by Selner Park (616 Lake St.) , Kewaunee Wisconsin

COST: FREE!!

BRING: Yourself, an open mind, towel or blanket to sit on, layers to keep warm (as they say, it is cooler by the lake), water to drink and a journal if you’d like.

 


Coffee and Cleanup- Mindful Beach Walk

WHAT: EnJOY a mindful beach walk while picking up any litter (or treasures you may find) along our beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline. Then head on over to a local establishment to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and reflect on your love for our water.

WHEN: 7:30AM following our Beach Meditations above -Wednesdays* in June, July and August (Starts on June 13, * One Tuesday session on June 19 (none on the 20th), No session July 4) 2018
